Will I meet John Chow?

VancouverOn Saturday I will fly with my girlfriend to Vancouver. First time in Canada :)

We will stay there for 4 days until Tuesday. I was wondering if I would even meet the Coryphaeus of blogging – John Chow! That would be kind of cool. Who the heck is John Chow you may ask? He makes quite a fortune with his blogs and is a star in and outside the blogging community. He could definitely tell me some insider tips about blogging, how he started and some interesting other stories he has to tell about the blogging world. And of course he could recommend some really nice restaurants within our budget in Vancouver, since he is a passionate expert in dining out. I would really appreciate that.

So if you know John Chow by any chance, let him know I’m in town and he shouldn’t miss meeting me and my lovely girlfriend ;)
Or if John Chow is reading this post – get off your computer and meet us in Downtown Vancouver, just leave a comment on this post or send me a message through my contact page. Would be great to meet you!

If it won’t happen, I’m sure we will enjoy the city and the area anyways, I’m really looking forward to see the beautiful nature of Vancouver and the unique character of this city.

I will put up next week some pictures of this trip on my blog of course. Who knows, maybe one with John Chow ;)

John Chow’s a stupid chinaman, who even looks kinda weird. Alot of people say his blogs just plain lying.. :) sorry to say that here.. U do sound like a fan of his.

    Hey last shangrila,

actually you are kind of right. Sometimes I’m also asking why is he so successful since sometimes his posts are not so great. But looks like he has something that makes people read his blog. Maybe in fear not to miss something. And the rumor that he is lying, of course, at least sometimes. He is evil, I would expect he is saying always the truth. :)
