Hello Friends, here is a short story about my trip in Germany, hope you enjoy my stories and the pictures …
My trip to Germany 29th June – 11th July was great, I had so much fun.
I was really excited to come home, especially to see my little nephew, my family, friends and of course – soccer!
My vacation started pretty well, first a great surprise for my parents and then the victory over Argentina which I was celebrating with my friends in the Brennbar, my favorite Bar in town. Unfortunately we lost in Dortmund, a great stadium with an unbelievable atmosphere. Respect to Italy that they won against Germany in this fortress. After the game it was really devistating and a shocker. But we will be back in 4 years, I’m sure!
Two days after, I was walking around our Lake with Thomas and his dog Dunja, the lake is surounded by a forest, it is very beautiful there. Later we were at a fishing lake right next to it, a lovely place.
When we were out on my last Friday I had one of my favorite things – a Doener! It’s gyros with lettuce, tomatoes, red cabbage, kraut, onions and a really good dressing in it. You can get it in the States too, sorry guys but the meat is much better in Germany, delicious.

Later on we were in the Erdinger Keller, Texas Size Beer as it best.
On saturday my brother and his family was at our home, it was great to see my nephew walking and kind of talking, don’t know what it was, but for certain no English or German.
On saturday night there was the 10 years anniversary of my cousin’s wedding, it was great, we had so much fun there. Especially my brother, he couldn’t get enough and we went at 2 o’clock to the Brennbar, until he felt asleep in a big soccer ball at 5:30 in the morning.
On Sunday Andreas and my cousin Hans had Fruehschoppen, it’s a kind of afterparty the next morning. In the afternoon I was visiting Inga and later I was watching with my friends the soccer final in the Brennbar.
On Monday I had my own final in the Biergarten. It’s always sad to see my friends for a the last time before I get back.
On Tuesday morning I had my hardest goodbye – to my parents. Can’t wait to see them again
